Dancing on the stage
is most serious dancers dream. Stage, or Jazz dancing as it is
sometimes referred, is choreographed moves that highlight the
story being told on the stage. It is often taught in drama and
theatrical schools although many classes offer the less serious-minded
individual the opportunity to live out their dream of becoming
a stage dancer.
Often tap dancing is incorporated into stage dance and usually
props are used to highlight and enhance routines. It is an impressive
sight to watch 20 or 30 dancers on the stage going through the
moves with perfect precision and the applause they get is justly
awarded.
